Well,
this work week has started out rough. We had some layoffs at my
company last week and I am having to learn some completely new tasks
after being the master of my "craft" for 10+ years now. Nothing like a
foreign subject to make you feel dumb.
Ah, well...I made it though Monday at least!
I was browsing my own Pinterest boards this evening and came across this lovely photo on my "CHECK" board. (As in "checked that off the list".) :-)

Mine wasn't as pretty as this pin, but it tasted as good as this looks! :-)
It looks like the blogosphere had a fun Cinco de Mayo weekend! I'll be posting about that later in the week, keep forgetting to look for my camera cable! (Used my "real" aka crappy point and shoot camera vs the phone to try to get an outfit pic. I had a cute new shirt. hehe)
